The ESG050 is a high-quality stator designed to replace the OEM unit on the Kawasaki VN700 , VN750 , and VN800 Vulcan models. The OEM stators on these models were not particularly reliable, so the ESG050 was developed as an improved version to ensure superior performance.
This stator features a new stator core and higher-quality copper windings, delivering approximately 20% more power than the original. Additionally, the winding configuration has been modified to reduce operating temperatures, significantly improving reliability.
The ESG050 is manufactured using modern computer controlled winding machines and includes high quality conductor cables , a rubber strain relief and robust connectors .
